Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition

Absolutely love having these classics back! Let's be honest, the initial PC launch was a mess, a real disappointment for long-time fans. However, playing it now on mobile is a completely different story. They've clearly put in the work, fixing so many of the glitches and weird visual bugs. The "Classic Lighting" option alone makes a huge difference, bringing back that proper nostalgic feel. It finally feels like the definitive way to experience these amazing games again, especially on the go.

Played on almost everything except steam deck, best open world games I ever played on PS2, captivating characters/settings/gameplay the Grand Theft Auto series will always be a classic to me.

The game, which includes remastered versions of "Grand Theft Auto III," "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City," and "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas," faced many comments for various technical issues and graphical glitches. I also checked and found some myself! Some others reported experiencing crashes and performance problems, leading to frustration and disappointment. Well, as for myself, I never really thought of it as an issue since the game still does its purpose.

New features are slight and only partially implemented, visuals are mixed, performance is inconsistent at best, some content is missing, and bugs and glitches abound. In its existing state, this collection of three classic GTA games is far from being considered definitive; it’s defective, disappointing, and surprisingly disrespectful to both the legacy of the games themselves and their many legions of fans.

The characters and dialogues are the same, but the interface has changed to a more miserable one. sounds are taken from GTA SA for all 3 parts.
