This is for people who still can't the new update!
So I found a way to get the update by using vpn, here are my steps to do it:
Step 1: make sure you uninstall the game
Step 2: a VPN app ( in this case a use a VPN app called 'vpn super unlimited proxy')
Step 3: active the VPN
Step 4: delete all file memories in Google play (or whatever you called it)
Step 5: ( you need to have a second Google for this). Enter the Google play store, change your main Google to the second one then search the game, it should be appear
Step 6: it! (It may takes some time because of the WiFi connection or because using a VPN)
If done right the game will successfully on your device, at that time you could deactivate the VPN and play the game update as usual!
