To All Pilots: A Letter of Thanks

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Pilots! This is Chris, the producer of Rotaeno. First and foremost, I’d like to say thank you to all the players who have ed us! It’s because of your ion and that we’ve been able to grow and improve!

As the year comes to a close, I’d like to answer some of the key questions and concerns from everyone and share our future update plans in a Q&A format.

Q: The game has too many bugs! And there aren’t enough high-quality original songs!

We understand that this year hasn’t been perfect. Specifically like issues related to [Bugs in game] and [the quality of original songs] didn’t fully meet everyone’s expectations. On behalf of the team here, I sincerely apologize to all the pilots who love Rotaeno. We’ve heard your voices loud and clear.

To improve the in-game bug situation, we’ve assembled a dedicated testing team and recruited more testers to ensure the quality of each version before release. At the same time, we’ve also enhanced the production process for original tracks to improve quality control. In 2025, Rotaeno will deliver the largest number and highest quality of original songs and updates ever.

Q: How can we get songs from past events?

To address the frustration about not being able to get the song from past events, we will introduce a new event reward: Stellar Fragments. These can be obtained in all future time-limited events, and without requiring extra playtime.

Stellar Fragments can be used to randomly unlock the event songs you missed in the past. If you already own all event songs, the Stellar Fragments will convert into Star Dust, and its use will be revealed later.

Q: Why wasn’t there a major update at the end of the year?

On December 5, we released the song pack Re:Sonance of Ages, featuring six classic tracks that symbolize “inheriting the past and stepping into the future.” I understand that this update may not have satisfied everyone, so please allow me to “plead my case.”

Currently, our entire team is working tirelessly on a major update scheduled for release before February. The Re:Sonance of Ages song pack in V2.5 can be seen as a prologue to this major update.

Looking ahead to 2025, I believe it will mark a new beginning for Rotaeno. We will stay true to our mission, move forward with determination, and open a new chapter. Thank you for your continued and companionship. We look forward to having you witness the start of this new era with us.

Q: Song packs are so expensive! Can you offer more rewards?

To thank and give back to everyone for your continued , we will launch a point collection system: Stellar Archives. By purchasing songs and unlocking event tracks, you can earn additional Stellar Levels. Once you reach a certain amount, you’ll receive extra song rewards! All songs purchased and event tracks unlocked before the system’s launch will also be counted towards your points! In other words, if you’ve purchased enough song packs in the past, you could instantly unlock all Stellar Archive tracks as soon as the system releases.

Of course, we’re also working on more collaborations, stories, and songs, all of which are in full swing! For now, I’ll keep some surprises under wraps, so stay tuned!
