As you can see in my included picture, either the ranked system is bugged and placed a bronze in with the highest status in ranked (Kyber) or they quit a ranked match and for some reason it listed them as bronze ranked.

No way to report someone who is just standing there.

UI and menu's are atrocious, events, dailies, and challenges are all the same thing just located all in random places. Finding your match history or just trying to look at each heroes and what they do is just layed out awfully.

You can't change characters mid match, if you choose someone who counters your character, you're just screwed out of a match.

Certain characters just completely outrank other characters to the point of making other characters worthless. Skora is the best healer, period. She can heal safely from a distance, deals solid damages, her ult can hold a point by herself, and she can put menuver all other characters easily. Sentinel is the best tank, a shield that makes him immovable, a ultimate that summons more allies, the ability to knock people away and a stun that can interrupt ultimates. Rieve is the best DPS, a dash and a leap to get her in close range, the ability to block and reflect melee and long distance attacks, an ultimate that pulls and stun everyone in a wide aoe for a long time. Literally all others are inferior to them. J3di and sprocket are absolutely wasted potential. Sprocket's heals are so inferior and have such a long recharge time, just pick Skora. J3di is just trash, no movements to get in close, an unreliable grab that's more likely to miss and expose you, and an ultimate that leaves you completely defenseless. Just pick Rieve.

To get anything nice you need a lot of gems, the good stuff starts at 1300+ crystals, which means you have to spend 20$ to get 2200 crystals because the price below that is 10$ which only nets you 1000 crystals. Good luck trying to free to play this if you want any cool skins.
