genshin fell in the right place at the right time. straight in the start of COVID. so there won't be a genshin killer in of numbers. but obviously there will be a genshin killer in gameplay because the bar is very low ngl.

ok so much headcanon about living in celestial place or sh1t when it is not even mentioned and there is no hint or connection with whatever place traveler were before landing in teyvat. Aether/lumine literally said they were travelers and used to go from star to star in Sumeru Dian quest. I am quite surprised,here people are figuring why lumine is recorded in tree and you have your own headcanon of teyvat being linked to celestial place where they lived before with no mention of this celestial place before in game.

The Genshin community is the worst of all gacha combined. Death threat on the devs, threat on the seiyu and English voice actor... As a result, the game also led to its famous share of plagiarism on BOTW so these characteristics are similar but less smooth which will not be restrictive for the worshipers of waifu without attention. However, the plot of Genshin does not shine much, a brother who wants to find his sister or vice versa is not really spectacular and especially the worlds and the history of the different nations which govern the elements are taken up on a lot of game with the theme that each nation has its element, you just need to find a different context and change the bases of it for the link to the original plot and the history of the nations. However, the only strong point is the artistic direction of the characters who are really impressive in their appearance (Zonghli, Dehya, Yoimiya, Arataki Itto, Nilou and so on). In short, a very toxic community at the level of a League of Legend player but which comes out with non-existent and horrible gameplay and meta where you will need some 5 stars and the best 4 stars easy to obtain to make the content of the play easily and without taking your head.

honestly I hope we never get a genshi-killer but for different reasons altogether. If a game came out and it kills genshit, then the genshit crowds are just gonna migrate on a mass exodus to that new game and along with it the toxic people (which honestly is just the genshit fandom as a whole). like when Apex came out, did it kill Fortshite? No it did not, and that's a good thing. I really can't fathom being the jumpmaster while some 12yo tard screams nonstop into my ears.
